Terms & Agreements
- Rescheduling Policy: Both the client and coach may reschedule a session with at least 8 hours’ notice due to health-related emergencies. Less than 8 hours’ notice requires rescheduling at a mutually agreed time, as each session in the package is essential to client success.
- One-Time Emergency Reschedule: Each package includes one emergency reschedule for health-related emergencies, available to the client or coach if needed, subject to availability and mutual agreement on timing.
- Full Refund Conditions: A full refund may be requested within 3 days after completing the session package in its entirety, only if the client feels the coach has not helped improve their space. Refunds are not available for partially completed packages, ensuring the full process is followed to achieve the intended goals. To qualify, sessions must remain uninterrupted (e.g., no stopping for non-emergency tasks like giving a toddler a snack, letting dogs outside, or attending to other obligations). The coach has 72 hours to initiate the refund process once the request is received, after which the client will need to allow the standard 7–10 days for the refund to take effect, depending on their payment provider.
- Client Participation: The success of the decluttering process depends on the client’s active participation, including attending sessions, following tailored guidance, and implementing recommended strategies. Outcomes are not guaranteed if the client does not fully engage in the process. During sessions, the client is expected to be completely present and focused on the process (e.g., not stopping to give their toddler a snack or let their dogs outside). The success of our session requires utilizing every minute strategically. Naturally, if interruptions occur, the outcome of our success will be impacted.
- Package Completion Timeline: The Standard package must be completed within 30 days of payment. Gold and Platinum packages must be utilized in their entirety within 60 days and 90 days, respectively, to ensure the intended transformation is achieved.
